Refund policy

At EMIY Apparel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    1.1. EMIY Apparel accepts returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. 1.2. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 1.3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  2. Returns Process:

    2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at returns@emiyapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. 2.3. Please do not send any items back without obtaining an RMA number from our customer support team. Any unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

  3. Return Shipping:

    3.1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup. 3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed. EMIY Apparel is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Refunds and Store Credit:

    4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 4.2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and will be issued in the original form of payment. 4.3. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we can arrange that for you. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique coupon code and can be applied to your future purchases on our website.

  5. Exchanges:

    5.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. 5.2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund or provide store credit for the returned item.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    6.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part: - Undergarments, including underwear and socks. - Earrings and other pierced jewelry. - Swimwear and intimates. - Final sale or clearance items.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@emiyapparel.com, providing your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. 7.2. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide instructions on returning the item and arranging a replacement or refund.

  8. Changes to the Return Policy:

    8.1. EMIY Apparel reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
